Years of experience within the Birmingham bar trade, previously Manager at Zinc Bar and Restaurant and award winning cocktail maker.  Most recently national winner of the Buffalo Trace Bourbon competition in Leeds winning the lucky sod an all expenses paid trip to the Kentucky Derby (see attached article reproduced from the Birmingham Evening Mail newspaper).

Worked in many of the better city centre establishments – Zinc, All Bar One & Red Bar.  Opened a bar in Italy despite not knowing the lingo.  Voted 3rd best bartender in the Midlands 2004

Andy Hyman
(Head Bartender)

Extensive city centre experience including Assistant Manager position at Circo in its glory days.  Also gets involved in professional events bartending - you can rely on him to put on a show.  Favourite drink - Whisky Smash

Paul Rutter

The newest member of the team.  Likes to think of himself as a bit of a ladies man (we can’t see it ourselves).  He’s worked previously for both Revolution and All Bar One.  Favourite drink – Mojito

Scott Hawkins

Scott is our weekend man.  Skilled in cocktails and with masses of experience he helps out when the going gets tough

He may look young but he's already worked in most of Nottingham's better establishments before being drawn to the bright lights of Birmingham. Nottingham's loss is our gain.  Favourite drink - Blanc Daiquiri (invented on the opening night)
