Cocktail Menus

We're passionate about our drinks here at Island.  We believe we have the most comprehensive spirit and liqueur collection in the West Midlands.  Many of our cocktails are our own creations - several have won awards.

We don't like draught coke, lemonade or tonic so we don't us them.  We are convinced that the bottled versions are significantly higher quality, so we prefer to stock these and use them in our drinks.  We also use fresh fruit wherever possible, which is directly sourced regularly from the Birmingham Markets and gives our drinks a superior flavour than using the concentrate stuff from cartons.

Island is home to Birmingham's first Tiki Bar and so we've created a cocktail menu to bring a taste of the South Pacific to the West Midlands.  Our tropical paradise is the perfect location to sample some of the best fresh fruity Tiki cocktails and one of the most comprehensive rum collections in the area.
