Here at Island we’re passionate about what goes into our drinks. And whilst we are more than happy to make you a drink using our wide selection of spirits, there’s one spirit for us which remains a favourite; rum. We’re proud of our rum collection, which is currently about 70+ different bottles, and we’re constantly wanting to know more about this fantastic spirit. It’s why we run a events open to the public where we invite down a representative from a rum company to come and talk to us about what makes their rum special - and we’ll try out the range too. Some of our Rum Clubs also end with a cocktail competition where bartenders from around the city combine their skills with newly acquired knowledge to make some spectacular cocktails.
